The Classes We Offer
Class Descriptions

Tone I (BEGINNER)
This class is another great place to start if you are not feeling like pushing yourself too hard. You will still get a great workout but will have longer breaks in between sets and rounds. Body weight and light dumbbells may be used in this class.

Tone II (intermediate)
If you are already into fitness but haven’t exercised on Power Plates before, this is a great place to start. Remember our classes change daily so you won’t get sick of the same old workout! Dumbbells, kettlebells, bands and medicine balls may be used in this class.

Strength Sculpt (advanced)
Get ready to raise that heart rate with our strength sculpt class. This class is great for those who have already exercised on Power Plates or are fitness fanatics.This class is mixture of cardio and weighted exercises. If this is your first time on a Power Plate, we suggest you try out an intermediate class before this class! Dumbbells, kettlebells, bands and medicine balls may be used in this class.

HIIT (advanced)
Burn it up and sweat it out during this high intensity interval training class. Get ready to push yourself to the next level with our HIIT classes! Body weight, dumbbells, kettlebells, bands and medicine balls may be used in this class.

Strong (intermediate)
This workout will amplify your normal strength training workout. Push your muscles to operate in the most effective and efficient way. Body weight, dumbbells, medicine balls and power plate bands may be used in this class.

KICKBOXING (intermediate)
If you want to ramp up your Power Plate workout, this class is a must try! Pump up that heart rate, torch calories, and get out your frustrations with our killer kickboxing class. Bags, mitts and weights may be used in this class.
